Boo Williams
1981年に活動を開始したシカゴハウス・レジェンド、Boo Williams。ブルース、ジャズ、フュージョン、ディスコ、ファンクなどから影響を受け、80年代にDJとしてのキャリアをスタート。Lil Louis、Larry Heard、Robert Owens、Marshall Jefferson、Herb Kent、Ron Hardy、Farley Jackmaster Funk、Steve Silk Hurley、Steve Poindexter、WKKCなど、数多くのシカゴハウス・アーティストとの共演を果たす。後に盟友であるGlenn Undergroundと共にStrictly Jaz Unitを結成。レーベル 〈Strictly Jaz Unit Muzic〉と 〈Strictly Jaz Unit Extensions〉を立ち上げ、リリース他、世界中からオファーが絶えない。
