短編映像が若年層を中心に全世界的な広がりを見せる中、高まる需要に応えるべく、2024年10月8日、ショートアニメおよびキャラクターの企画・プロデュースを中心にした新会社・株式会社Creadom8（クリエイダムエイト）（東京都新宿区、代表取締役：尾崎雅之）が事業を開始しました。
社名の“Creadom”(クリエイダム)というワードは、「create」「creative」等の語幹と、接尾語「-dom」（類例：fandom, freedom, kingdom）を掛け合わせた造語です。
数字の“8”には、縁起の良い末広がりの意味と、「∞（無限大）」につながる縁への想いが込められております。
ショートドラマ・ミュージックビデオ・企業CM等の短編尺のアニメーションを事業の中核にし、日本国内だけでなく海外のクライアントとの取引強化にも力を入れて参ります。
ショートアニメと連動する形でキャラクターの創出も行い、マーチャンダイジング展開によりグローバル市場でのコンテンツ拡大を図って参ります。
将来的には、コンテンツファンドといった新たな資金調達スキームを活用することで、世界中の出資者とクリエイターをつなぎつつ、制作現場への適切な還元を行い、サステイナブルなプロダクションエコシステムの構築に寄与していきたいと考えております。

1970年大阪府生まれ。
大阪大学卒業後、株式会社住友銀行に入行。支店営業を経て本店でのキャピタルマーケット部門において保有証券のポートフォリオ管理やストラクチャードファイナンス等を手掛ける。
2000年、株式会社ギャガ・コミュニケーションズに入社。主にハリウッド映画の買付とジョイントベンチャーの組成、国内配給・プロデュースを行い、グローバル市場における映像ビジネスの経験を積む。
2004年、株式会社サンライズに入社し、アニメーションの企画・製作・プロデュースを行うとともに、取締役として国内および海外へのライセンス業務を統轄する。「TIGER & BUNNY」等のオリジナル作品を中心にヒットを創出しながら、2010年にはライブエンターテインメント子会社の設立に参画。自らアニメ作品の舞台化やミュージカル化を手掛け、ショウビズのプロデュースにも従事する。
2015年、株式会社サンライズを分社化し、株式会社バンダイナムコピクチャーズを設立。2022年まで代表取締役社長を務める。
その後、株式会社バンダイナムコミュージックライブの設立に参画。渋谷に2,000人収容の劇場を建設するプロジェクトを指揮し、2024年４月、株式会社バンダイナムコベースとして同プロジェクトを法人化。
